All customer-supplied material must:

• Have the customer selection number printed on all boxes containing material.
• Provide 10% more than the quantity of discs ordered.
• Conform to applicable Cinram specifications.
• Arrive the same day as the source media, or earlier.
• Be accompanied by a packing list which includes the following:
  • customer name
  • title of selection
  • customer selection number
  • description of the contents (i.e., input media, disc film, booklets, etc.)
  • quantity of each item
  • total number of cartons shipped
  • name of your Cinram Customer Service Representative.
    
• Failure to enclose a complete packing list may result in a handling charge and/or order delay.
  

Cancellation of orders in process will incur charges according to the stage of completion at the time of cancellation.

Cinram will store your stamper for six months from your order date. Re-orders after a 6-month period of inactivity may require additional charges to make new metal parts.

The heat shrink wrapping used to package bulk-shipped, spindle-wrapped discs is intended for shipping purposes only. To prevent printing discoloration due to the restriction of residual outgassing, the plastic wrapping should be removed from the discs upon receipt. Cinram cannot accept responsibility for product left wrapped or subjected to excessive heat and will not accept returns on wrapped discs more than 60 days after receipt.

Cinram will not manufacture orders containing material Cinram considers to be obscene, libelous or otherwise unlawful, including material which may be construed as pornographic or an invasion of privacy or a violation of the personal or proprietary rights of an individual. If during processing, Cinram discovers said material, Cinram will not complete the job. Cinram will return any/all customer materials and will bill the customer for time and materials used to that point.
