Our fulfillment services include drop ship to one location; ship to multiple locations; ship by unit to single destinations; warehouse with subsequent pick, pack, and ship instructions, in single title lots or mixed title lots. Our expediting services include local bulk or split shipments, by direct, same day, or overnight, your courier or ours; coast-to-coast bulk, split shipments, time release or individual, by ground, expedited ground, air, deferred air, your carrier or ours.

COMPUTERIZED INVENTORY AND SHIPPING SYSTEMS

Our computerized inventory system is state-of-the-art. All product is barcoded for transferring and tracking purposes. Our inventory checking systems are 100 percent accurate. We have an electronic shipping system which is integrated with our key carriers. We print and place on each shipping carton the barcode generated by the carrier for tracking while in transit.

We have EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) capability to coordinate work orders with customer computer systems.

PICK, PACK, AND SHIP DISTRIBUTION

In a pick, pack, and ship arrangement, a media order is manufactured, packaged, and stored in our facility. As required, we pick the inventory needed and ship to specific locations. Shipments can vary from one unit to thousands. Our computer system tracks all inventory changes. Our RF scanning system reads product barcodes as items are picked. We provide customers with regular inventory reports.

EXPANDED DISTRIBUTION

Our expanded distribution service includes database management, verification, and letter generation; warehousing with fully computerized picking and reporting; sorting of media for postal system requirements; and delivery by drop shipment to your locations or delivery by the postal system. We offer outstanding turnaround times. From duplication to postal delivery, we can fully process from tens to thousands of pieces in 48 hours from receipt of the last component.
